Definition of Recurrent breast cancer

Recurrent breast cancer that is said to come back after initial treatment. The treatment aims to remove all the cancer cells, some may survive. These cancer cells will make the recurrence of breast cancer, and then multiply without being detected. 

After initial treatment recurrent breast cancer may occur months or years. Cancer and typically may recur in the same location as the original tumor, known as local recurrence in other areas, the bone may spread to the liver and lungs.

Learning recurrence of breast cancer may be difficult to deal with several initial diagnosis. However, recurrent breast cancer is far from hopeless. Treatment can remove the breast cancer recurrence. Even if treatment is not possible, you can control the disease and treatment.
