An American actress named Ellen Pompeo was born in 10th November 1969 and popular as a title role player of Meredith Grey on the ABC drama. Ellen daughter of a salesman named Joseph and Kathleen Pompeo. Her grandfather was born in a village named Gesualdo in Avellino. When she was only four years old her mother was born and that’s why her father got married very soon. Ellen has only two brothers and three sisters. After three years she meets a photographer named Andrew Rosenthal with some romantic time. Once she was invited to appear in a commercial for Citibank and she got a big popularity.

Ellen Pompeo married Chris Ivery who is a producer in 9th November 2007 which was a day before her birth day. She give birth as her first child as a daughter named Luna on 15th September 2009.
